LIBRARY CARDS
Patrons are required to use their own Donora Public Library Card for borrowing materials and using sources such as computer work stations. Children of all ages may obtain a Library Card. A parent/guardian signature is required on all cards issued to children 16 years and under.
LOAN OF MATERIALS
- *Books, Audio Cassettes,

- The above items can be renewed one time provided there are no other requests for them. Certain restrictions apply to books on reserve and holiday books. * The exception to this is new large print and new adult fiction, available for 2 week loan period.

*Current magazines do not circulate, library use only.
- Videocassette. . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 Days
Videocassettes can only be borrowed on an adult card.
NOTE: Children unaccompanied by a parent or guardian are limited to five items.
FINES:
Any fines exceeding $5 on a patron’s card restricts borrowing library material and computer use.
Fines for overdue materials are as follows:
- Books, Periodicals. . . . . . . 25¢ per day
- Interlibrary Loans. . . . . . . 25¢ per day
- Videocassette/Audio. . . . . $1 per day
- Lost Library Card. . . . . . . .$5
- Lost Book. . . . . . . . . . . . . . Cost of book plus a $2 processing fee; $5 if the book was a memorial.
MEMORIALS
- A wonderful way to acknowledge a friend or relative is by making a donation for the purchase of a book in which the library will place a memorial or in honor of plate. Forms for memorials, honorariums or celebrations are available at the Circulation Desk.
- Remember the library through your Will with an endowment or perpetual fund.
